Colt SAA Factory Engraved, nickel, 4 3/4″ barrel
.45 caliber in about 98% original factory condition, serial #334,044, carved steerhead (right side) medallion pearl grips with NO chips! All features on this amazing gun verified by factory letter. Shipped to Praeger Hardware, San Antonio, Texas on December 7, 1916 in 2 gun shipment. Wish I had the other one! This gun has the deep Helfricht engraving all over it, with complete C+ coverage, probably ordered for a Texas Ranger. The engraving quality is unbelievable, scrolls, checkerboard (left frame breech), fish design (top of barrel) 5 line deluxe cylinder, sunburst recoil shield, scroll loading gate, & deluxe back strap.
