Many of
you are familiar with
the famous "J. W.
Winchester" brand
display cases seen at
gun shows throughout the
country. The cases are
the finest quality
available, made in two
finishes: oak and
walnut. The oak cases
are "Golden Oak" finish
and the walnut finish
cases are the normally
accepted reddish brown
color without much
grain. The oak finish
cases are made with
distinctive grain,
sometimes quarter-sawn
oak as were the cases of
the last century. Most
folks think these cases
are antique, but after
years of handling
antique cases which are
almost always unstable,
require repair, and
un-handy, I became the
eastern U. S.
distributor for these
"Winchester" brand cased
made in California,
recognized nation-wide
by their distinctive
copper "J.W. Winchester"
front labels. These
cases can come with
front or rear opening or
both, which makes them
very much more practical
for collectors when you
move them up against a
wall you can still have
access from the front.
They are ideal for gun
shows, displaying your
collection, or for
displays for competition
at gun shows without
worry of theft as they
can be locked. We can
make any case to your

proud to say, that while
Winchester cases are not
the cheapest, they are
absolutely the best! I
usually stock about a
half dozen cases here in
San Antonio, Texas,
which is a good
south-central
distribution point, but
if you want photos of
other cases, please
call, as I only have
room on this site for a
few models. We have a
variety of hardware
options, antique feet,
mirror backs, etched
glass, drawer linings
(usually dark red or
black velvet), locks,
glass or wood shelves,
etc.
Cases must be sent
via freight company in a
custom-made wooden
crate, so call us for
quote on your
destination, usually
averages around $250 for
a standard 2 ft. wide
Mariposa model with
drawer, front & rear
opening, which is our
most popular selling
model. I do about 15-20
gun shows annually all
over the country so
sometimes it is possible
for me to deliver your
case to a major gun show
near you at no extra
charge. A 50%
deposit is required on
all models, delivery can
be expected at this
writing in about 60-90
